For what purpose and on what basis do we process your data?

When you contact USP, your personal data will be processed for contact purposes, including handling the inquiry submitted via the form available at http://www.uniqueservicepartner.pl/, sent by e-mail or made by telephone.

The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — the controller’s legitimate interest in corresponding with persons requesting information from USP and handling such inquiries.

Providing data is not mandatory, but is necessary to exchange correspondence.

Who will your data be shared with?

USP shares personal data with other recipients who have been entrusted with processing data on behalf of and for USP. Data will be disclosed to other recipients to the extent required by law.

Your data will not be transferred to third countries or international organisations.

How long will we process your data?

Personal data will be processed for the duration of correspondence between you and USP, but no longer than until you object.

What are your rights?

You have the right to:

• access your personal data and obtain a copy of the personal data being processed;
• rectify your inaccurate data;
• request erasure of data (right to be forgotten) under the circumstances set out in Article 17 GDPR;
• request restriction of processing in the cases set out in Article 18 GDPR;
• object to processing in the cases set out in Article 21 GDPR;
• data portability for data you have provided that is processed by automated means.

If you believe your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, Warsaw, Poland).
